Job Title: Safety Professional – Construction/Manufacturing/Risk Control

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Safety Professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, manufacturing, or risk control and a strong working knowledge of OSHA 1910 and 1926 regulations. This is a client-facing role, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships while supporting a range of safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety assessments for clients

• Deliver training and toolbox talks across various industries

• Develop and implement safety programs tailored to client needs

• Attend and lead client meetings to review performance and identify areas of improvement

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations (1910 & 1926) and industry best practices

• Collaborate with internal team members to support regional and national client growth

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or general industry safety

• Strong understanding of OSHA 1910 & 1926 standards

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable in client-facing environments

• Willingness to travel as needed, primarily within the Northeast with potential for national travel as we expand
